Upward Flag Football
Our flag football league is open to boys and girls ages 5 through high school. With growing excitement and participation, we currently offer (divisions subject to change based on registration numbers)

Upward Cheer
Our cheer program is open to boys and girls ages 5 through 5th grade. Whether your child is brand new to cheer or has cheered before, we offer a fun, encouraging environment for everyone to learn and grow!
