Lead Facilities Technician

The main function of the Lead Facility Technician is to maintain a safe, inviting, efficient, and well‐functioning facility in order to allow frontline ministries to achieve CCC’s mission to make disciples of Jesus for Kingdom impact. The position ensures that the condition, operation, and appearance of the physical property and equipment are not obstacles for ministry and missions. It also ensures that that effective policies and procedures are followed to ensure personal safety, protection of property, property usability, visitor impression, equipment maintenance, and effective stewardship of resources.


Food Services Assistant

The main function of the Food Services Assistant is to help the Food Services Manager in preparing and serving meals. The position is also responsible for occasional cleaning and custodial support tasks as part of the overall Operations team.


Student Worship Director

The Student Worship Director is responsible for the oversight of worship ministry teams serving all Student Ministries – 8:08 College Ministry, High School Ministry, and Middle School. On average, fulfilling the responsibilities of the position should take 40‐45 hours a week. The Student Worship Director reports to the Executive Pastor of Next Generation Ministries and is also developed in partnership with the Music Ministry.


Production Assistant

The Production Assistant position exists to fulfill the mission of CCC through supporting the Production Teams in the preparation and execution required to support the ministries of CCC along with miscellaneous production needs of the church.

 The Production Assistant’s main responsibility is to recruit, train and disciple technical arts volunteers for the Student Ministries, as well as independently manage the AVL systems in the Student Center.


Operations Technician

This position helps maintain a clean, safe, inviting, efficient, and well‐functioning environment to allow frontline ministries to achieve CCC’s mission to make disciples of Jesus for Kingdom impact.


Kids Ministry Pastor

This position provides vision, direction, teaching, and leadership development for the Kids Ministry (birth‐5th grade) of CCC in order to partner with parents in discipling children to know, love, and follow Jesus.
