Adjusted Schedule

We are slightly adjusting the Sixers Wednesday schedule for the last few weeks of the year...

• April 1 - Sixers meets as planned
• April 8 - NO SIXERS due to spring break
• April 15 - FINAL night of Sixers on Wednesday

Sixers Sunday will continue through May 31.  We'll have our Movin' Up Party on June 3 to welcome the new class into the Jr. High (you'll get info about this in the near future) and the students will join WIRED on June 7.  You'll receive a letter in the mail from us with all the details and you can always call or email us with questions.

"Finger Tip Porn"

If you didn't know, we are in the middle of our Next Big Thing series in our small groups.  Just last night we talked about sexuality and God's plan for us to be pure (save sex for marriage).  One of the biggest enemies of purity is pornography (especially for guys, but even for girls too) and the biggest weapon in the porn arsenal is the internet. 

Walt Mueller at the Center for Parent/Youth Understanding (it's a goofy name but they are the masters at helping us understand youth culture) has recently written an article that speaks to this issue.  I encourage you to check it out and see what truth he shares there.
